Retaining key note 2 features with 4.4 ROM

I want to root my verizon note 2 sch-i605 and install 4.4 because I'm sick of waiting for samsung to roll out an update.
I tried the process on my old s3 first since I'm new to the rooting game. I successfully rooted and installed kit kat 4.4, which I really like off the bat but there are a couple features I really don't want to lose that is keeping me from doing the same process with my note 2 that I was wondering if anyone knew how I could get the features back.
Multi window, and s oen support, especially with s note. Is there a way after going through the process that I could get these features back or am I just going to have to wait for an official update or just lose the features?

Those features are part of what Samsung adds to Android when Google releases a new version, they don't come with the plain Google version. If you want them you're going to have to wait for the Sammy release. (Some time in late spring 2014 for the Note 2, IIRC.)
