Retreiving Voice Mail

[Android Question]

HI,
We are trying to receive our voice mail, but it keeps asking us for a password. We have tried our phone number and it isn't working. Any suggestions? We just bought these phones and switched over the SIM cards from our old Iphone.

Evidently you put in a password at one time. If you can't remember it, call your carrier's tech support number.
