I need to obtain deleted text messages from a Droid Bionic 4.1.2, any suggestions on how to do this?????

Regrettably there is no way. The messages have been removed from a database in a user-inaccessible section of the phone's storage (i.e. it's not that there's a deleted file to recover, and you couldn't run file recovery software on that partition anyway).
There are many SMS backup apps available in the Play Store, so for the future I'd advise installing one of those. But I'm afraid that doesn't help now.
