I am not sure I understand your issue, what reviews? Can you give a specific example?

Suppose now i am using (www facebook.com), after used facebook am interest to write the review about facebook in facebook website itself, then it will store in facebook database. i want to get that facebook review which stored in facebook database, then i want to show in my android application.

The only way to do this is to either (a) know the structure of the database or (b) to use a set of APIs granted by the website's developer. Neither of these is a one size fits all approach though and would need implemented for every website you want to support.
