Help Retrieving contacts etc. from broken droid eris.

So i dropped my phone and it got run over by many cars, long story, but not the screen is completely shot but it still works and the green LED light is flashing indicating i have messages. i just got a new one in the mail today and i was wondering how or if it is even possible to retrieve my contacts from my old phone. for some reason i have no contacts synced with my gmail so that does not work. any suggestions would be appreciated.

For 'dumb phones' a Verizon store can cable the two phones together to pull contacts from one to the other. Don't know if they can do that for a not-really-working Eris or not, but you could call them and ask.
