Retrieving Contacts

[Iannu]

Hi guys,

Hope you can help me here. I destroyed my phone earlier this week by dropping it from my pocket. I am however hoping to retrieve my contacts. I have put the sd card in my computer and found a file called contacts.db in one of the folders there, but I haven't been able to open it with either access or excel. Only as a text file, but it's all scribbled and I can't make sense of it.

Is there any way to retrieve the contents of the file?

Cheers,
Francesco

If you are refering to your G-Mail account, your contacts should be online stored by google, if you are refering to your lenovo contacts you can open them using any SQLitght 3 database tool. I did it using http://sourceforge.net/projects/sql...0 beta1/sqlitebrowser_200_b1_win.zip/download

you might want to check the .lenovodata folder for the backups, since I found my contacts in there, if the contact.db doesnt have you yo are lookign for.
