This is old now but been dead a long time. Jet set willy online was set up a few years back by a few enthusiasts and the game is still up on there portal for anyone wanting to set up a server.

There's a "Thanks" button in the bottom right hand corner. If someone offers you help (or even if they're helping others), it's a nice way to let people know you appreciate their post. Also, when you see that someone is thanked often, you can usually count on their advice.
