Root Return DHD to Factory State

Hi,
Please help me in returning my Desire HD to factory state for warranty purpose. I have already flashed 1.32.405.6 WWE RUU. Now Radio is still S-OFF.

How do i revert to S-ON and is there anything else i have to do to revert it to the Factory stage.

Edit : I have a unbranded, unlocked DHD Bought in India

According to the threads for the S-Off tools, you have to revert to a stock ROM, temp root and run the S-Off tools again to go to S-On. Then make sure you're no longer rooted.
