If you have a restore point in bootstrap you can go back to that, or you can SBF and reroot if you want to.

On that site download the FULL SBF, not the system only. You will also need to grab RSD Lite and make sure you have up to date phone drivers. There are brief instructions on that page but I would recommended reading that thread as well as doing some searching around until you feel fully comfortable doing this as it can be risky. Ask any questions you think you might have before you start. It's not that difficult, but as with anything on these phones there is always risk and you should use caution.
