Hello. When you perform a factory reset it will return your phone to it's factor fresh status. It will be just as it was when you first turned it on. You will want to back up everything you can such as pictures, texts, mail and such that you've added since you have owned the phone. Make certain your contacts are backed up as well for they will be removed during a reset. I hope this helps.
