Root Returning to stalk

Hi guys, no doubt posted a million times already but I'm looking how to return my phone back to the standard HTC android version, including all the HTC extras.

About a year a go I rooted it (etc) to CM7, but I've now got a new phone (hauwei ascend g300) and lending the Wildfire to a friend while he can save up for a new phone and replace his faulty one. He's asked if it can returned to "standard."

So, aye, any links to guides? If it makes a difference for ROMs I'm from the UK.

I moved this thread into the "all things root" section of the Wildfire forum since that is where you will most likely find the help you need to return your phone to stock.
