Help Reverb - Not Charging

It started not fully charging, then getting real picky about which power cord it would take. Now it shows charging (lightning) but it drains out.

If it is the charging port gone amuck, what does this mean? Get another phone?

Happened to me too and virgin replaced my phone at no charge

It's out of warranty by about 5 months.

Take a piece of paper and rub it against the metal contacts on the phone keep doing it until the paper comes out clean that should solve your issue. I dropped mine and it got filled with rocks, after getting them out it wouldn't charge, after doing the above it now charges like new, hope it works
