I'm a fairly new android user and had the bright idea of downloading a mod to have iphone sounds on my s10e just out of curiosity and boredom.. w

Well I didnt realize I was downloading a zip file that would flash the nand on the phone.. and I dont like the mod at all. I tried restoring the phone to my most recent backup but it didnt do anything to get rid of the mod.

Is there any way I can undo or revert back to the previous stock s10e sounds without a nand backup of my phone? (Which I dont have). Or am I screwed? Any help is appreciated.

ok not rooted....got it. how did you "flash" the file then? do you have a link from which you got the file from?
Yes. Thanks for the help btw. It was this https://forum.xda-developers.com/google-nexus-5/themes-apps/mod-ios-sounds-t2692181/amp/

I just downloaded and extracted the files and it modded my phone somehow. I assume I can get the original files again somehow but I'd prefer to do it through the official means ya know like a software reset or something. I tried a backup of last night but it didnt undo the mod that was installed sadly

then you will most likely need to flash a firmware update to revert back to normal.

get the update here:
https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/

make sure you download the exact model of your phone. you will need odin setup as well. instructions should be on the website after you download the correct frimware.
I really appreciate the help thank you! What would my country code be? I'm in the us but it is an unlocked galaxy s10e.

Wow, that mod is from a 2014 thread, and for Nexus 5. Surprised it worked on your S10e. Luckily it wasn't something that soft-bricked your phone.
You might want to try using Samsung's Smart Switch utility and see if it can restore your phone:

It may or may not work out considering what you tried to do but worth trying. Otherwise, yeah try flashing a stock ROM the manual way by downloading the appropriate stock ROM from sammobile's site. In any case, use Smart Switch to back up your data just in case first. Using the Odin utility to manually flash a ROM 'should' leave your data partition as is -- follow the directions on the sammobile download page and don't experiment with the various options.
