Hello, I recently purchased a pre-hacked HTC Evo V from someone and in order to activate the phone with Virgin Mobile I need to revert to the stock ROM. The phone is S-off, running an H-boot of 1.04 and is currently running Mobster Remix. What files do I need to revert my phone back to stock? Thanks.

Hey there and welcome to the forums!
If you follow this guide here. It will revert your phone to straight out of the box brand new. The only downfall with this, Is that you will lose S-Off and root. If you have any questions, just drop a comment on this.

No need to relock, and no you don't need to go s on.
Since you're s off, you can run the ruu through boot loader, and retain s off.
That will leave you with stock ROM, stock recovery, and s off
However if you flash harmonia, or another stock ROM, you can activate through them and keep custom recovery.
Just make sure to backup in recovery before you go too far.
