Help Revert to LS670V9, after installing OTA LS670VC/VD, using KP500 (Diag mode)

As many of you, i did not realized that after last update the wi-fi hotspot function was creamed by Sprint, so after doing some extensive research i found this link, can any one confirm if they have done this or if they would even try it.

Yes reverting will take you back to v9. But it will prompt to upgrade to vd once there so you will need to do the battery pull trick so it will stop nagging u. When it pops up hit the more info button then pull the battery and it will stop.

Try the quocksettings update 1st. The report says reboot & try to pull the hotspot up.

Dont go Backwards !! , we have the only rom that goes backwards ! WAIT

Where can i find the new quick settings? Also, for what i read, unless you were having the display or sd card issue, going back to V9 will not hurt, even if you can make it to VC it should be ok, VD i think is the one that killed the hot spot.
