Review of Anker 3100 mAh OEM replacement battery w/pics!!!

Yes this is a brilliant battery purchased one from Amazon many months ago now holds it's charge very well ,am about to purchase a couple more because the original Samsung seems to be dying slowly..............100% charged...... then after around 7 hours overnight on just standby,no Wifi, etc, it requires charging again

You sure you havent got stuff running in the background using the battery overnight???

The only thing I had running was Android Booster and the app gives you the option to see what applications use the most power unfortunately it was that one so we will now see if it improves the batteries performance cannot think of anything else

After 4.1.2 update you can really drain your battery with new background service. After a reboot, I always go into app management and stop all the processes. Those never restart back, phone is running perfect (thus no need for that background stuff anyway), and battery drain significantly lower.

As of now, had my Anker 3100 for 1d 2hr with light use (phone calls through bt and checking emails) and its at 58%.

I've just got 23 hours out of the official battery with good use, its the same size as the battery mentioned in this thread so really dont see what it offers.

Im stunned at how strong the original battery is, saying that it was the first time Ive ever charged a new battery properly with regards to leaving it charging for over 16 hours and then letting it run dead so not sure if that influenced it.
