I think portions of this "zero tolerance" policy need to be reviewed and changed, While some portions I agree with. Mainly whats in the title. When you get banned you have no way of communicating, stating your side of the story, defending your self, or rationalizing, etc.

You can still contact admins as a guest. Just simply state your user name when you do.

Contact Form still works.

It usually takes a good bit to get banned, despite the 'zero tolerance'.. I'd advise members to just remain respectful - then it shouldn't be a problem.
