Rezound to Maxx

I am considering trying the maxx. Will VZ give me a new sim card, or will they just use the one from my rezound?

I believe both are Micro Sim cards so you can drop the card right in and it will fire right up! No more *228 BS.

New SIM....Rezound uses regular size SIM cards and not the newer Micro.

Thanks for correcting me. I thought all of the new phones, Nexus, Rezound, Razr had the micro sims.

SPend the $2 on a pack of micro to regular sized sim adapter. Get a micro sim as your primary. There should be no charge for the sim swap at a corp VZW store.

I swap between nexus and bionic all the time, even called VZW to confirm that this is ok to do, and they confirmed that!

Have a link to a decent adapter? I want a backup phone but have only been looking at phones with micro sims to save the trouble but an adapter would be awesome. I can probably find an older 4G phone cheap.

Hey guys I gotta question for ya. I currently have a Droid Incredible (camera removed for work) VZW and am looking to upgrade probably to a Maxx. Could I buy the Maxx and another 4G phone take the camera out of the cheap 4G phone for work and swap between the 2 phones daily? Is there a way to do this without going back to AT&T?

4G requires a sim card.

There's regular and micro sized. The maxx requires a micro-sim.

You CAN swap back and forth, even with a regular sized adapter! I do this with my bionic every now and then.... even called VZW and they are good with it!

You might want to call VZW just to have it noted/documented on your account.
