I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think there is a way to create your own ring back tones. That would def be a neat feature.

They work with any phone, and no you can not make your own. You have to pay for the service and then pay for each song that you want people to hear when they call you.

To expand upon this, this is because it is a network feature, not a phone feature.
