ringdroid is driving me f'n nuts

For the love of GOD and all things good...will someone please tell me how EXACTLY to assign specific ringtones to specific callers. Everytime I choose assign contact in ringdroid..it ONLY SHOWS MY OWN NUMBER AND CHECK BALANCE. I AM FREAKING RIGHT THE F OUT. I HAVE NOT DISCOVERED ANY WAY TO HAVE RINGDROID RECOGNIZE MY CONTACT LIST. HELP!!!!

You can create the ringtone in Ringdroid, save it, and then select your contact from the contacts app and add the ringtone in that menu.
