When I got my droid last night it was working great, but after I left the browser on all night and had to recharge it, it now randomly starts a cycle of displaying the ringer volume and then typing @oc. over and over again.

Is there something running I don't know about, or is my phone just borked?

sounds like a faulty phone to me, take it back and get a new one
