Help Ringers keep turning off??!!?

Okay so I've been an Xperia Play owner for about 1 month and I'm having a problem.... For some reason my phone keeps turning my ringers off. I'm not sure what's causing it. But for whatever reason it will turn off my notification/text message/phone call ringers randomly so that when I recieve a messge or phone call it wont make any noise whatsoever.
I can't figure out what's causing this and it's really starting to anger me.

I fixed the problem by downloading my own custom ringers and notifications. Some wierd reason wenever i use the sounds it came preloaded with , it would shut off everything for me as well.
