ringtone ang notification at the same time

Just got an LG G8 running pie. Great phone but one small problem: When I get an incoming call it gives me both the ringtone AND the notification sounds at the same time. So far can't find out anything on the web about this.

that is odd. have you tried just rebooting the phone? try using the phone in safe mode and see if the same thing is happening.....you might have to do a factory reset.
