Help Ringtone Delima

Hello, i create my own ringtones and send them to my phone and when i set them as my notification tone, it skips parts of the ringtone and it sounds like a cd skipping. And i have absolutely no idea how to fix it, ive tried redoing it multiple times.

What did you use to create the ringtone?
Some apps let you make longer tones than others.
