I have a Galaxy S9000. I periodically update applications, such as Juice Saver, etc.. A few weeks ago I made an update of many applications.
Immediately afterwards, the ringtone stopped to function.
When people call, the phone blinks (I see the visual ringing) but no sound.
I go to MENU -> PARAMETERS -> sounds -> Calling sound: EMPTY. I set it back.
The day after, it happens again.
It has been like this for the past 10 days now.
ANY idea what is happening with the phone?
The SAMSUNG hotline is requesting to reset the phone completely. I dont want to do that, because lots of things are on the phone.
Anyone has seen this before?
