The most common is probably Ringdroid, but unless your phone does have and auto "family, friends, business" grouping, I think you would have to set those up one by one.
You can make those categories on most phones, but you would still have to move your contacts to them one by one.
The only phone I've seen so far that has that was the old Blackberry. Those headings were built in and could be treated as a group.
You might be able to organize through a carrier or Google app like + or whatever other service Google has going.
Ask about different phone books. A phone book or contact list might do what you want. Maybe Outlook does? Or another business app?
