Ringtone from Geico commercial doesn't work

I downloaded the ringtone the boss uses in a Geico commercial to my cellphone.
I moved the file to media/audio/ringtones but the phone doesn't see it as a ringtone.


Here is the ringtone I'm referring to.

I just downloaded the ring_ding.mp3 to my computer. I hooked up the phone and mounted the USB. I already had a directory /media/audio/ringtones and copied the file to there. I unmounted the USB and it said Preparing SD Card. Then I opened up the Ringer settings and I see it as Ring-a-Ding and set my phone. My phone sees it.
