Help ringtone help

I've created some custom ringtones using ringdroid and would like to share them with friends/family but I can't figure out how to send the file to anyone. Any help with this would be appreciated.

That is probably the easiest way I know.

I'll try to come up with some other ideas, but wondering if you tried that.

I have done this many times by opening Media room, the app that came with your phone.
In media room open the file/song you wish to send
and when it is open or playing,
pause the song,
press the menu button on the bottom of your phone,(3 horizontal lines),
select share,
you can then email it or use bluetooth as lesliegodwin suggested.
