Help Ringtone Issue

My phone has recently started playing a random ringtone for some phone calls. I have set it to a standard ring-ring (using the zedge app) and it was working fine for a while but now some incoming calls play a tune instead of the ringtone. It's not limited to unknown calls it just seems to be random which one it plays. Has anyone seen this issue?

Have you tried using the default way to do it using the OS ([Menu]>Settings>Sound) then reboot your phone,

As far as I am aware the only place to change the ringtone is in settins>sound and that has been set to the same ringtone for about 6 months. I'm not sure when this started but I've had no firmware upgrades recently so I don't think it's that. I suspect it might be the zedge app that's doing something weird so I'm going to uninstall that and see what happens

Yhh after you uninstall maybe do a virus scan using Lookout mobile app i have your problem is fixed, get back to me soon
