Ringtone Path Samsung Note II

I moved my ringtones out of the media file on my external card to a separate existing ringtone folder and now the stock ringtones are the only ones when I go into settings. Do I need to make a folder such as : Media/Audio/Ringtones on the external card or the internal card?

All that's important these days it seems is that there are "Ringtones", "Notifications" "Alarms" etc folders somewhere on the device. I've got one set on external SD (with 'tones from previous handsets), the default set in /system/media, and three other individual folders elsewhere in internal storage (thanks Facebook and Google+!). All are available for selection in the appropriate settings.
