Ringtone Resets for S Planner

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I use S Planner for recording tasks (with reminder ringtones)

If I go to Settings and set a specific ringtone (one which I imported) the ringtone works fine whenever a task becomes due.

However, if I restart the phone, the alert ringtone reverts to the standard "On Time" ringtone.

1. Do you happen to know there file format of the ringtone? If so, what is it?
2. How are you applying the ringtone? Through the settings of the app, or through the phone's settings?

The format is MP3

The selection of ringtone is done in the app settings

You might want to try the S4 Forums then, as that's a Samsung app that sounds like it's misbehaving
