Help Ringtones downloaded from Zedge not playing once installed

So I commonly go to Zedge to get ringtones and stuff, and as of day before yesterday, when I find a ringtone I like, (I hve the Zedge app) it plays it for me so I can decide if I want to dl it or not. As soon as I try to play them once they're on my phone...silence.

I've checked my volumes (notification, incoming ringer, etc...and maxed them all) . I can play the ringtones that are stored in the "android system" or whatever it's called, folder, just fine. Just not the Zedge folder.

Use a root file explorer like "Rootexplorer" to check for files named ".nomedia" in the root directory of your sdcard. Also check your \system\ directory as well as \system\media and all the sub folders from there
