Ringtones Not Working?

Hey guys, I seek everyones pearls of wisdom once more. I use a program called "Ringdroid" to make ringtones out of songs in my library. However, most of the time I get calls a default ringing sound is what I hear. Not always, but sometimes. Other times my custom tones work.

Anyone have a fix to this it is really bugging me to no end. Thanks!

I have also noticed that in the times it doesn't work, my music player also does not work, it says does not support this file type, even though other times it plays fine.

i use all so nothing like that happening always worked
