Root Rise rooted but running superuser 2.3.6

Well hello everyone I have lost root again so I have been playing with poot and noticed the the old version of superuser is a system app with outdated binary and titanium backup doesn't show it and my root browser and install manager do show it but let again its the only one that I can get to work now other wise 3.1.3 just down grades back to the old binary and the only thing I did diffrent was have busybox installer
