I think I'm on to something, in the ##DATA# menu of the Galaxy S4, I noticed in the menu's there was a QCHAT option. Curious to see if it would work, I downloaded the Sprint Direct Connect app. It says device not supported, so I'm wondering if it's doing a check on the build.prop.

If I change my build.prop to the appropriate values it MAY let me activate. If that fails, I'll have to decompile the apk and poke around and see whats going on.
