There's a "roach coach" I visit a lot during lunch when I'm at work. It's Dad's Diner A Go-Go and they have amazing pulled-pork and brisket that they smoke for hours and hours. I would eat there everyday but it ain't cheap! Great food and great people. The food truck is more like a food trailer that doesn't really move, but that's ok with me...that way I can find them everytime.
