Roaming data logger, OBDII apps

Anybody know of any apps that monitor roaming data only, and/or block you from using any more data once you hit a certain quota for the month?

Are there any OBDII/DRB scan tool apps that can read transmission fault codes? Because if there are, I need one!

I know of several OBDII apps, but I am specifically looking for one that can read TCM codes.

Maybe worth an email to the various devs of those apps?
