roaming warning

i have a chinese phone, neken n6. brilliant phone however when ever i send a text it shows a roaming warning message.
i have found that i need to turn on roaming in data to allow the 3g to work. i am guessing it is because it is a chinese phone therefore the sim i have in (swedish halebop sim) is foreign hence the roaming.
i have googled how to disable roaming warming messages & someone has posted that is is under more wireless settings > roaming guard. i can't find this.
can someone help please

The location of data roaming varies by phone - some other locations:

Settings - Wireless and network - Roaming
Settings - Wireless and network - Mobile Networks
Settings - More Networks - Roaming - Roaming Network
Settings - Mobile Data - Roaming
