Help rogers bloatware, what to remove?

i tried searching here and over on the xda forums and havent been able to find an answer. i rooted 2.1 and wanna remove all the crap on the phone that isnt needed. clearly i dont wanna start guessing because we all know how well that goes. so can someone share a link with me of programs i can get rid of safely?
 
The only bloatware that rogers adds is the shop app and the boot logo. My account can be removed without rooting but it is actually useful and available in the market.
 
Luckily, Rogers has very, very little bloat-ware. Practically not even worth bothering, which is why I don't. *shrugs*
 
fair enough. what resource robbing crap can i remove? i dont use timescape can i remove it and any files that list timescape in their name without any problems?
