Rogers MT update??

I thought I saw a thread about multi touch being out in canada on rogers?

I spoke with a rogers guy on the phone just now who also owns a X10 and he checked and said there is no current MT update now.

hmmmm??
 
Well I did receive an update notification an hour ago, updated my X10 with the sony companion...
the keyboard when you text changed a little, dunno about the multitouch...

(i'm with rogers btw)

I run stock Rogers 2.1 and have had the MT update a few weeks now. Just connect your phone to pc companion and it should update.
 
ya I have been through this before on another thread. My pc companion says I am up to date.

and my SEUS wont even work. I install it and when i try to launch it on my laptop it says error and crashes.

I think Im going to try the 'repair' and get it back to stock boring plain 2.1. then maybe I can get the latest multi touch update?
 
I updated a few days ago with my Rogers Xperia X10a so it's definitely available. That said, I'm more interested if I can debrand my phone. Found out about the Gingerbread update coming after I'd updated and I don't know if the debrand method I saw works with the current version.

I never installed the Rogers update...I got mine from the XDA dev folks and it's great. Now that i'm running a custom ROM it's automatically in there.

Don't wait, go (more) custom :)
 
Rogers Rom is great enough, summer isn't far from us :) gingerbread will be at roud door soon
just be patient and wait

You're only saying that because you haven't used any custom ROMS :)

I'm enjoying much better performance and when my wife emailed me a movie trailor last night in flash and I could watch it on my phone...that sealed the deal :D

... and busted your download limit!

How did you install Flash? So far I've had no luck finding it, from Adobe's website and from the Market. I'm running FreeX10 2.2.1, latest as of yesterday at this time.
