Found a CM10.1 for the Nexus 7 by Euroskank! I haven't flashed it but it is confirmed working! just dont flash the latest build cm-10.1-20121209.1523-grouper it has a custom nav bar which isnt ready for tablets 
flash cm-10.1-20121209.1324-grouper (the second one down) and all should be well!

cm released official nightlies for 10.1 before i got a chance to flash this. the screenshots i looked up look stock.
