INSTALLATION


  1. Go to recovery by pressing the VOLUME UP key and the POWER BUTTON till Superfone Logo is displayed.
  2. Enable back button by scrolling 3 times.
  3. Select MOUNTS AND STORAGE
  4. FORMAT /system
  5. FORMAT /data
  6. FORMAT /cache
  7. Select WIPE DALVIK-CACHE from Advanced
  8. Select WIPE BATTERY STATS from Advanced
  9. Select INSTALL ZIP FROM SD CARD
  10. Select SELECT ZIP FROM SD CARD
  11. Select Dark Angel.zip
  12. After installing, press the power button to go back and select REBOOT SYSTEM NOW

Its been a month since I released Dark Angel, and I'm very happy with the response I got.
The download count currently is over 900 which is something I never expected and what motivates me to stick to the development further. :D

I'm thankful to all the people of the forum for their support.

This is not the peak of development for our devices, but a small step in the direction which we really desire.

I've said this before and will say it again
Development community is an open-source group, and sharing is caring ;)

you can ask me for help anytime and I will try my best to pull you out of the situation,
but it doesn't mean that I will take any blame for some catastrophe.

Lastly,
I already have a thread for what features you desire in the custom rom development area,
so feel free to tip me about some cool new desirable mods :)

Yeah its V1 so expect some tweaks and addons in the near future.

Apps i removed are mmx launcher, store, hookup,weather,youtube, maps,salestracker, and some other insignificant ones.

Apps I added are Opera Mini, Mx player, Adaway, Screen filter and Link2sd
(can be updated via market)

Besides I can play Jetpack Joyride WITHOUT any lag easily, which used to crash on stock,
so there are significant behind the scenes changes.

The only thing out of place in the yellow progress bar.
I'm working on it.

Congrats bhai!! gud take on with v1!! I own A57!! and r8 now we are working for cwm!! Hope to see our custom rom too!! soon!! Gud work carry on!!
 
Not bad. Thanks for developing first custom Rom for A87.Till now no problem.


Edit: Bugs-dsp manager not working ,no preset equalizer. Charging icon not animated.

dsp manager works perfectly
I've tried on both default player and ttpod
yes the 3 equalizer doesn't show bars, it's for custom settings
it's the same with dsp version 2 on my brothers phone and from other sources too.

charging icon I didn't get files for animated
but correct information is displayed on lock screen itself

flashed it its good ...but i feel a very little slugish movement on main screen transisions.......very minor but good......theme is nice and the wallpaper too....ram is good getting abt 40 free always........
but is that ZRAM freed.....total 110 mb of ram is been shown here ...wat abt the rest from 256 mb of ram.......

and another thing we have a non working light sensor on our phone ...can u make it work?


on the whole good one....may be an ics dailler would have also been included.........

dialer thing was to keep the ram usage low,
and didn't find any dual sim dialer
after 1st restart things get smoother
all the scripts are applied properly
and the wallpaper

the free ram is the ram available and cached apps
zram is the dalvik vm heap
it's set to 48 mb, and is very optimal

you can't get 256 mb ram
it's not available to the os, used on kernel level to keep things working

it's too make the phone ring and hardware work in even when your side ram is full

no phone gives stated ram
