Root ROM development?

Does anyone know if anyone is working on ROM development for the Elite? I know that I saw Jerry poking around here earlier, but haven't heard anything about ROM. I really want an ICS ROM.

Im pretty sure that we will get cm9. We just have to wait for a working recovery
