This is the alpha version of far from stock 2 based off requisite0's stock++ rom

It is overclockable using his kernel and recovery.
Must be flashed with requisite0 cwm recovery and kernel!!!!!

YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING STOCK IN THIS ROM!!!!!!!!

There are all just as good as the next. I bet you guys can tell aboat is not going to just do the same old thing. Check this one out. Its a must.

So I'm new to the Admire, came from the Ascend. Been on the forums for a while under a different name. Just wanna say this rom is pretty rad. Looks cool, responsive, has a lot of potential. Probably the coolest looking rom I've seen so far. Thanks for the hard work.

Couple questions..when I flashed FFS-A1 I got data/wifi working no problem, but the Roaming Indicator Off message wouldn't go away. Also the Roaming triangle in the notification bar wouldn't go away either. Data seemed to be touch and go in reference to the signal bars. Before I flash A2, is it a common issue? Or has it been resolved? Again, thanks a lot for the ROM it looks great!

not an issue with this one...the other rom was cm7/joy..thanks for the love. :)
 
This is great, just feels right and wholesome. I have one problem, though.

I've been using Wirless Tether for Root users with several of the CM7 based roms, but Stock++ based roms never allow the app to start and the app doesn't record a log of errors even though it tells me to check them, is there a solution for this?
 
The kernel or ROM most likely doesn't support tethering, or maybe just wireless tethering. That had been the case with Lunar-Gen ROMs, the tethering ceased until flashing to another ROM.

So perhaps this ROM's tethering broke. In the case you'd have to flash another. Monster 5.2 is confirmed to support and its fairly relevant.

this is stock++ based so if there was an issue with tethering on stock++ then it will be the same here. Thats possibly a kernel issue but check the build prop and see if its true or false.
