Root ROM for Vibrant T959

Hey Guys I want to install a Rom to my galaxy S Vibrant T959

which is the best out there right now and where can i get it

right now I
 
I am also looking for a good, stable ROM for this phone...any suggestions?

EDIT: Well, after doing more browsing HERE it looks Bionix 1.3.1 is going to be a good choice...
 
I can't say if one is better than the other. I haven't flashed yet, and a lot of it is user preference. Flash one, if you don't like it try the other...

Let me know how it goes...
 
:DCyanogenmod 7 is great. here are the steps by steps to install::D

Instructions:

First time flashing CyanogenMod 7 to the Samsung Vibrant, or coming from another ROM?

  • Root the device and install ClockworkMod Recovery. Instructions are available here.
  • Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM.
  • Format the system, data & cache partitions of your device.
  • Perform a factory reset.
  • Flash CyanogenMod.
  • Optional: Install the Google Apps addon package.
Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 7?

  • Perform a NANDroid backup of your current ROM.
  • Flash CyanogenMod (your Google Apps will be backed up & restored automatically).

Bumping this, I have the same phone, Samsung Vibrant. What's so great about Cyanogenmod 7? I am looking for improved performance, battery life, and functionality of anything and everything. Rom suggestions or details about Cyanogenmod 7? I've seen recent ICS roms, but many of the tools do not appear to be functioning properly.
 
hello guys...I,m trying to root my Vibrant froyo 2.2..did several times..but the device keep saying......... signature verification failed...any advice about what to do??since I already downloaded THE DOCTORZ ROM....because it supports Arabic..

You may have to downgrade it to eclair (2.1) first using ODIN. Or you can use the Vibrant Toolbox (do a search for it on XDA developers forum) and it will help you downgrade, then from there root the phone (you can also use the toolbox for that). Once you can get Clockwork Mod installed (this happens in the root the phone process) you should be able to upload the rom you want to use and that error message should be gone.
 
go with ICS Euphoria. Battery life is awesome (24+ hours) and i have been using it for over a week and have not found one bug. Everything works perfectly, the only thing i havent tried is 911 because obviously i cant just call and see if it works lol but from what i have read the 911 issue has been fixed
