Bnice20, main Evo dev of the MIUI ROM, has just released a Gingerbread ROM. It's a port of the build Chris Soyars made for the Nexus One but it should be pretty decent since they use mostly the same hardware. Check it out [ROM] GB-EVO Alpha 1 - xda-developers

Bcnice is now basing his ROM off of Evervolv. If you want stock Gingerbread this is it.

This ROM is fast. It is now my daily driver.
