There are two fairly stable ICS ROMS available; Cold As Ice, & Quattrimus. Cold As Ice is CM9-based. Quattrimus has both CM9 & AOKP versions available. Both developers collaborate so I think the CM9 versions are fairly similar. Not sure. I tried Cold-As-Ice a long time ago (around version Alpha 10) when it still had showstopper bugs that kept it from being a daily driver. It was plenty fast. Many people seem to be using both ROMs as daily drivers. On the main page for each ROM, you'll find a list of the current bugs and workarounds.
I think ICS uses a lot more RAM so you'll probably want to make sure that you have (or get) a Class-6 SD card (or faster) and create an SD-ext partition for CAI or Quattrimus to utiliize.
I need SprintTV to work (since it's college football season) but I'm not sure if SprintTV works on either ICS ROM. (Doubt it.) That's one reason why I haven't switched to ICS yet.
