I just recently was able to get this all working, got my phone rooted, got everything working all right, got sholes 1.1 installed on my phone. It was all good until I tried installing 1.2 on my phone. Every time I try to install any rom on my phone now it just sits on the screen saying it is trying to make a nandroid backup. I have to basically take the battery out every time because i can't get it to do anything. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? If you need more info let me know
