Root ROM Manager free not showing on Market?

Evening folks,

I've trying to install a custom ROM and hoping to take the ROM Manager route. However, only the premium version (which is the licence) is showing on the Market and not the free version which is the main software.

Anyone able to guide me in the direction of a working apk or upload the apk to a file sharing site and post the link.
