Help ROM Manager problem - Help needed

Lurker
I have installed SpeedMOD K13 500Hz kernel over a stock FROYO.JHJPD rom which also instals CWM (2.5.1.0).
I installed ROM Manager after that and it prompt me to install CWM.
I used the option "Flash ClockworkMod Recovery" from ROM manager and it downloaded 2.5.1.2 and prompt that it was successfull.
When I tried to backup my current ROM using the "Backup Current ROM" option from ROM manager I was prompt to give it a name and then the device rebooted to recovery mode and I get these lines:
Update media
Update media finished
Install from Package
Finding update package
Opening Update package
Verifying update package
E: Failed to verify whole-file signature
E: Signature verification failed

Applying Muti-CSC
Installing Muti-CSC
Installation aborted

And thats it I get the regular recovery menu and I can reboot the device.
I tried this several times and the result is the same.

I noticed that when I do the "Flash ClockworkMod Recovery" from ROM manager it puts un update.zip in the sdcard folder.

Any ideas?

OOPS Sorry wrong forum I have a Galaxy S can this be moved to the correct forum?

Thanks
Ophir
